Many of us have that harsh inner critic, struggle with anxiety, or find ourselves in difficult relationships or situations. The next time the mental trash starts to overtake you, pick what you need from the affirmations below and remind yourself of positive and helpful things. As you repeat the affirmations, really embrace them and believe what you are repeating. You might want to place one hand on your heart and the other on your belly as you repeat the phrases. Find what works for you. It takes time and dedication to lessen the amount of mental trash we entertain, so be sure to stay consistent with your affirmation practice.
